Main function
l Installed at the entrance with electric barrier, and issues hourly tickets to incoming drivers.
l Encodes date/time, serial number, unit number and parking number on card.
l When the unit reads season card, year card, park value card, and temporary card, and then the electric barrier(e.g. YA-609D) opens.
l When the parking lot is full, ticket-issuing is stopped and the full sign appears.
l An intercom and a call button are provided for the user to contact the managing office
